Private Training
A 48-hour cancellation policy is preferred and 24-hour cancellation policy is required.
All sessions cancelled 24 hours before scheduled session will be credited back to the client for future use.
All sessions cancelled without adequate notice will be charged in full.
All purchases must be paid for and processed 24 hours before sevices are provided and are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Corporate Workshops
All Corporate Workshops must have a minimum of 5 attendees.
All Corporate Workshops and must be scheduled and paid for 2 weeks in advance.
Full refunds for Corporate Workshops wil be granted if cancelled a minimum of 2 weeks before scheduled Workshop.
Monthly Training Membership
Monthly Memberships may be cancelled at any time.
Monthly Memberships must be cancelled before the 1st in order to avoid full payment for the upcoming month.
